The coverage map
Five counties and the cities we serve
Each page covers what local pest pressure actually looks like there: the housing, the landscape, and the problems that show up most.
Los Angeles County
88 cities, two termite pressures, and the country's busiest mosquito ranking.
Orange County
34 cities covered by one vector district, with fire ants on the watch list.
Ventura County
Conejo Valley canyons, orchards and coastal plain, straight up the 101.
Riverside County
Western Inland Empire tracts, hotter summers and fire ant watch areas.
San Bernardino County
West valley cities, warehouse districts and San Gabriel foothills.
Huntington Beach
Beach cottages to newer tracts, home of the Atlanta Ave office.
Long Beach
Port city with older wood housing in the drywood fumigation belt.
Anaheim
Resort district kitchens, river channels and hillside canyon edges.
Santa Ana
Dense older neighborhoods where shared-wall pests travel fast.
Irvine
Master-planned tracts, greenbelts and open-space wildlife edges.
Glendale
Verdugo foothill homes with canyon wildlife and old framing.
Pasadena
Craftsman stock, mature canopy and San Gabriel foothill pressure.
Torrance
Coastal South Bay humidity and Palos Verdes canyon edges.
Santa Clarita
Master-planned valleys ringed by canyon wildland.
Burbank
Older studio-district homes minutes from the Cahuenga office.
Santa Monica
Coastal apartments, restaurant rows and marine-layer damp.
Fullerton
College-town rentals, historic homes and north county hills.
Inside Los Angeles
Los Angeles neighborhoods we cover
The city of Los Angeles is huge, and pest pressure changes from the Valley floor to the canyon streets. These neighborhood pages cover the areas we work in most.
Hollywood Hills
Canyon homes in the office's own ZIP, with wildlife next door.
Studio City
River-side flats and hillside streets minutes from the office.
Sherman Oaks
Valley heat, pools, fruit trees and the Ventura Blvd strip.
Encino
Big lots, mature trees and Sepulveda Basin water nearby.
Woodland Hills
The hottest corner of the city, backed by canyon land.
Northridge
Post-war ranch homes, a university and dry summer lawns.
Granada Hills
Former orchard land under the Santa Susana foothills.
Los Feliz
Spanish revival homes on the edge of Griffith Park.
Silver Lake
Hillside homes, a reservoir and dense older housing.
Eagle Rock
Craftsman streets in a hill-ringed valley.
Westchester
Mid-century tracts by the airport and the bluffs.
San Pedro
Port-town homes in the marine layer on the peninsula.
Why two offices
Short drives on both sides of the county line
Los Angeles and Orange County together cover a lot of ground, and traffic turns a 30-mile job into a two-hour one. Running crews from Cahuenga Blvd W, near the 101 between Hollywood and the Valley, and from Atlanta Ave in Huntington Beach, near the coast, means no address in the coverage area sits at the far end of a long drive. That matters most at night, when an emergency call should be a drive across town, not across the basin.
The two counties also run differently on the public side. Los Angeles County splits mosquito and vector work among several independent districts, while Orange County's single Mosquito and Vector Control District covers all 34 cities. Both focus on public spaces and disease surveillance; in-home and in-yard work is left to the property owner, which is where the crews come in.
Common questions
About the coverage area
Both offices dispatch across the whole coverage area, but in practice the Los Angeles office on Cahuenga Blvd W covers most of LA County and the Huntington Beach office on Atlanta Ave covers Orange County and the South Bay edge. The dispatcher sends whichever crew is closest and gives you a real arrival window.
Yes. The pages below cover the larger cities, but service runs across all of Los Angeles County and Orange County and into the nearest parts of Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. If you are between listed cities, you are still inside the coverage area; if you are near its outer edge, the dispatcher will tell you honestly whether a timely visit is possible.
The job sets the price more than the ZIP code does. Property size, construction and how established the problem is matter far more than which city you are in, and the market ranges on each treatment page apply across both counties.
Yes. The line is answered 24/7 for the whole coverage area, and after-hours dispatch runs from whichever office is closer to you.
