Privacy choices

Booking happens by phone, so the information we hold is what you share on a call: your name, phone number, service address, what you are seeing and any photos you choose to send. We use it to identify the problem, schedule a visit, perform and document the service, follow up, and handle billing.

If you are a commercial customer, we also keep service records for your property, such as findings, products and placements, because those records are part of the service you asked for.

We share personal information only to run the service: with the technicians assigned to your job, with payment processors when you pay, and with service providers that support our phone and scheduling systems under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

On the rare occasion every technician is already committed when you call, we may pass your details to another trusted local pest control company so your problem still gets looked at quickly. When we do, we share only what that company needs to contact you and understand the job, and that company handles your information under its own practices. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep service and billing records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect what we hold, though no system is perfectly secure.
