We work to keep that information accurate and current, but it is general by nature and may not fit your property or situation.

Prices shown on this site are market ranges drawn from published pricing surveys for the Los Angeles area. They are not quotes and not our price for your job. Your price is set after an inspection and confirmed before work starts.

Service is booked by phone. The scope, price, schedule, preparation steps and any warranty for a job are those agreed for that job, and they govern over anything general on this website. Recurring plans run visit to visit unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Huntington Beach Pest Control answers its line day and night and performs the treatments it books. On the rare occasion every technician is already committed when you call, we may offer to pass your details to another trusted, independent local pest control company so your problem is still looked at quickly. If you accept, that company is responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, work and warranties, and any agreement for that job is between you and that company. We only do this when we cannot get to you ourselves.

We may update these terms as the business or the website changes; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
